Eligibility
You may request a Livdub Plus refund within seven days after the first paid charge if the account has used fewer than 90 Plus active-translation minutes. Time during a free trial does not start that seven-day window. Any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law continue to apply.
Effect of a refund
A refund returns the payment. It does not by itself end Plus. Access follows the Stripe subscription: Plus continues while the subscription is active, ends immediately if the subscription is canceled now, and continues until the paid period ends if the subscription is set to cancel then. Buying again uses the price then available and does not restore forfeited founding pricing.
Requesting a refund
Email support@livdub.com from the verified Plus email and include the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID. Do not send card numbers. We may ask for information needed to locate the payment and prevent fraud. The charge may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* LIVDUB.COM.
